Code E Locs Awarded $23,000 Mission 44 Grant to Invest in Long-Term Growth

Code E Locs is proud to announce that we have been awarded a $23,000 grant from Mission 44 to strengthen our organization and help ensure we can continue providing free STEM education and digital skills programming to youth throughout Las Vegas.

Since Code E Locs was established, our mission has been simple: give every child the opportunity to learn how to code, regardless of their socioeconomic status.

As the number of young people we serve continues to grow, we also recognize the importance of building a stronger organization behind our programs. This grant is an investment in that next stage of Code E Locs.

Investing in Our Future

The Mission 44 funding will help Code E Locs strengthen four key areas: strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, financial transparency and internal controls, and board and leadership development.     

These improvements will help us better understand our impact, strengthen reporting and make informed decisions as the organization grows.     

For us, this work is about sustainability. We want Code E Locs to be here not just for the young people we serve today, but for the thousands of young people who will need access to technology education in the years ahead.
