Why work with Code E Locs?

At Code E Locs, we believe that every child deserves access to coding education, and we can't do it without the support of our dedicated coding instructors and volunteers.

How You Can Help:​

Coding Instructors:  Instructors are offered a stipend of $125 per month (4 one hour classes per month) to teach our introductory  HTML, CSS and JavaScript curriculum at Las Vegas locations on Saturdays between 3 - 5 pm.   Share your coding expertise by becoming a coding instructor. Lead classes, guide students, and facilitate hands-on coding projects. Apply via the "Application Form" to be considered.  Learn more.

Volunteer with Us:  Volunteers are needed to assist in coding classes and events.

1. Mentors: Provide one-on-one guidance and support to our young coders. Help them overcome challenges and ignite their curiosity.

2. Event Volunteers: Assist in organizing and coordinating community events, workshops, and community outreach programs.

3. Administrative Support: Offer your skills in administration, marketing, or operations to help us run smoothly behind the scenes.

4. Guest Speakers: Share your coding success story and inspire our students with your journey in the tech world.

How to Get Started:

1. Fill out the Application Form : Select the role that aligns with your interests, skills, and availability.

2. Orientation: Complete an  orientation to learn more about our mission, programs, and expectations.

3. Start Working: Once you're approved as a coding instructor or volunteer, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on young learners' lives.
